What is automatic drop down seal?

An automatic drop-down seal for doors consists of an external aluminum profile (1) (of variable dimensions depending on the model and on the door system in which it will be installed) and of a second inner aluminum profile (2) that is pushed downwards by rigid trust-roads in plastic material. The system is activated by a plunger (3) that pushes against the door frame (or on a specific external element) when the door closes. Beginning from the plunger side, the internal profile drops downwards to complete its movement on the opposite side for a complete drop. This profile is equipped with a seal (4) (the type changes depending on the different models) that stick to the floor closing the gap for all the lenght of the door.
